When I woke up at 4:30 PM, I could no longer feel his pulse. His skin was cold. His hands were clenched, ”says a friend of the death victim. According to the Public Ministry, the emergency call was finally received at 5 in the afternoon. Rescuers could only determine the death of Nico L.
