On the morning of Friday, September 25, 2020, a man fell through a window in the Niederdorf district of Zurich, sustaining fatal injuries. The city police are looking for witnesses.
Shortly before 10:45 am, bystanders discovered a seriously injured person in front of the property on Häringstrasse 17. Despite immediate resuscitation measures by rescuers, the man, sadly, died at the scene. According to previous findings by the prosecution, police and the Institute of Forensic Medicine, the man had run from an upper floor of the property onto the street.
The circumstances that led to the fall are unclear and are now being clarified by the prosecutor and detectives from the Zurich city police. The investigation goes in all directions. Specialists from the Zurich Forensic Institute were called in to provide comprehensive evidence.
