Boris first made headlines in 2017 because the child and adult protection authority (Kesb) sent him on an odyssey through care centers, at blatant cost. Boris was sent back to prison two and a half years ago because he was reported by two children who were staying with him in the same special education home. All just a few weeks after he was discharged from the closed department of the psychiatric clinic in Basel in September 2017.

After the incident, the boy was placed with a foster family in Lucerne for two years. He wasn’t happy there either. The children of the family had already flown. He was left alone. He rose several times and tried to find shelter somewhere. Over and over again in Wettswil am Albis.
