The 2020 “Weltwoche Community Ranking” has 933 communities, all of which have more than 2000 inhabitants and are therefore included. Right in front: Zug is in first place, ahead of Meggen LU and Lachen SZ. Seen in seven categories, these churches are doing better.
However, the townships of Solothurn take a while to appear on the list. Solothurn appears as the best municipality in the canton at 235th place. The labor market obtained the most positive rating (11). Not bad either: the offer (103) and the accessibility (175). The tax burden (734) and security (895) seem much worse.
Büsserach remains the second best municipality in the canton at 324th place. The bronze medal goes to Dornach (347). The city of Olten remains at 475th, and Grenchen falls far behind at 901st.
A total of 40 from the canton are immortalized. Most of them can be found in rows 800. As in previous years, Mümliswil-Ramiswil occupies the rear (932). The job market looks better here (492). With housing (902) and supply (908) there are two places among the last 30.
Just before Mümliswil, Oberbuchsiten (931) is in the ranking. The Gäu community achieved the best in the accessibility category (618). There are also ranges in the 600 range for population (673) and security (665). There are even worse placements for the labor market (849), supply (877) and housing (908).
After all: a Solothurn township gets first place after all. Buchegg (780) took the podium in the safety category. (ldu)
