The exemption from a general mask requirement in the canton of Lucerne was clearly rejected. The cantonal council yesterday rejected a postulate from the ranks of the SVP.
The mask requirement remains an option for the tourist canton of central Switzerland. The many new infections in the canton of Zurich and the high flows of travelers between the city of Limmat and Lucerne are causing discussions.
