Switzerland’s most famous fortune teller has died: Mike Shiva died at the age of 56. That’s what “Blick” reports. The newspaper refers to the closest environment to the Basler. Shiva, whose real name was Michel Wehner, died of a serious illness. He had only celebrated his birthday in June.
Mike Shiva was famous nationally and internationally as a fortune teller, clairvoyant, and television host. In 2018 he participated in the German program “Promi Big Brother”, where he captured the hearts of the audience. In the same year, Shiva published a book about his life: it began before he was born. He described that he could have chosen his body and also his mother. She was his best friend. She was the center of his life, his mother said.
Early on stage
As a child he was clairvoyant, he wrote in his autobiography. He even foresaw the death of a classmate. When he was a child, dark figures also appeared in his room, as he described. They scared him, but he learned to deal with it.
Shiva was already on stage at a young age. She first gained notoriety with mass hypnosis. Card reading was added later. He was convinced that his ability could help people. ‘I don’t have to proselytize with that. That’s why I destroyed them all, “he once said. He has a direct line to the universe. Her beloved Chocolat poodle died last January. The loss hit Shiva hard: for seven years he had hardly gone a day without his four-legged companion.
