A Brexit free trade deal should be found in a month, says Boris Johnson. Otherwise, it’s over. The British prime minister is looking for a way out of a dilemma he has faced.

This very special time of year is approaching again. The first Christmas cookies have been seen in London supermarkets and crafts are being made at 10 Downing Street, the seat of government. Prime Minister Boris Johnson is working on a Brexit threat. A free trade agreement with Brussels is to be found at an EU summit scheduled for mid-October, he said on Sunday night as the direction of the march. If this is not successful, further negotiations are pointless and the UK will leave the EU internal market at the end of the year without a trade deal. Other high-ranking members of the British government had a similar staging over the weekend.
