Guillaume Hoarau seems to have given up his house in Thun: he is looking for a new tenant on a property portal.
Guillaume Hoarau has to leave the Young Boys and move on. Exactly where it is not known however, he would prefer to stay in Switzerland. In recent days there has been speculation that he could move to FC Thun. After all, it is known that the Frenchman has lived in Thun for several years and feels comfortable there.
However, an ad has now been placed on the online portal Immoscout24 suggesting that the forward has moved in – the ad is a luxurious villa with 8.5 rooms, a heated pool and a view of the mountains. If you compare the photos in the ad with Hoarau’s Instagram images, you’ll find it must be the forward’s mansion. Guillaume Hoarau left a request for “20 minutes” unanswered.
House with stunning views
Renting the luxurious house in the old town of Thun costs 6,920 francs per month. The tall forward had four stories and 360 square meters of living space at its disposal. There is also a large garden, a terrace overlooking the city of Thun and the surrounding mountains. In addition, the house offers two separate entrances, a hot tub, a bright living room and a fireplace for the cold season.
Anyone who has tried it and wants to rent the villa must be liquid. “The house is only shown to powerful tenants. Unfortunately, sharing a flat is out of the question, ”real estate agency Bernapark AG writes in the announcement.
“There are already interested parties,” says Michèle Müller, director of real estate projects at Bernapark AG, at the request of “20 Minuten”. She also owns the 500-year-old house and has converted and renovated it herself. It is even more important for her that she moves to the bijou in the old town of Thun in the future, says Müller: “I put a lot of love and ideas into it. The next tenant has to be someone who appreciates him. ”
