The corona quarantine rules don’t just affect tourists. But also school classes, visitors to events or colleagues, as the current case of Zurich’s red light district shows, where 50 prostitutes have to be quarantined for ten days.
An annoyance for all, which perhaps can be alleviated a little in the future. German virologist Christian Drosten returns on his first podcast after his two-month summer vacation with a daring suggestion: he wants to shorten the quarantine period to five days!
Quarantine should not be wasted on testing

Drosten himself keeps a contact diary
On the podcast episode, Drosten also promoted wearing everyday masks. Despite some weaknesses, they contribute significantly to protection against corona infection. To facilitate tracking the chains of infection, Drosten recommended, as has been done several times, keeping contact diaries. Not everyone is ready to use the Corona app. However, it makes sense to score in the evenings when you were with multiple people in a group. He keeps that journal himself.
