It is not yet clear who will be the next president of the United States. In the five crucial states that are still open in the US presidential election, the pending vote count continues. Everywhere, Democrat Joe Biden was able to expand his position against current Donald Trump. In Pennsylvania, the Democrat has now taken the lead
There are new results from all states still open except Alaska, which does not count as an indecisive state and traditionally goes to the Republicans (as of 11 pm CET):
Trump: 48.6 percent
Biden: 49.9 percent
Difference: 36,835 votes
94 percent of votes are counted
Trump: 49.2 percent
Biden: 49.5 percent
Difference: 19,584 votes
96 percent of the votes are counted
Trump: 49.4 percent
Biden: 49.3 percent
Difference: 4,022 votes for Biden
99 percent of the votes are counted
Trump: 48.0 percent
Biden: 49.8 percent

Trump: 50.0 percent
Biden: 48.6 percent
Difference: 76,526 votes
98 percent of the votes are counted
How Joe Biden Wins the American Election:
- Joe Biden has to win Pennsylvania (20 voters) or two other states.
- For example, if Arizona (11 voters) and Nevada (6 voters) win, they will move into the White House.
- In Georgia (16 voters), Biden has not been defeated either.
How Donald Trump wins the US election:
- Donald Trump is only allowed to lose one state, but in no case the state of Pennsylvania (20 electorates).
