It’s something businesslike as usual when ABC’s Fall 2020 lineup premieres.
The network announced the premiere dates for its unwritten series in the 2020-2021 season Thursday, and the schedule is full of reality and game shows. That includes Clare Crawley’s season The bachelor, a new season of Shark Tank, and more of favorites like Celebrity Family Feud en Express your happiness, plus the debut of the new version of Supermarket Sweep with Leslie Jones (Saturday Night Live).
Details for his script will be revealed at a later date. (Production has been delayed at all due to the coronavirus pandemic.)
“We are fortunate to have such an unwritten slate this fall to launch our first wave of programming this fall,” Karey Burke, president, ABC Entertainment, said in a statement. “Presenting the new Supermarket Sweep with Leslie Jones alongside fresh, original episodes of recurring shows that viewers are getting to know and love is stimulating. And with our scripting series kicking off production, we look forward to announcing more release dates soon. “
ABC finished the 2019-2020 season as the No. 1 adult entertainment network 18-49 and was No. 1 this summer for the second year in a row.
