In anticipation of the hurricane, Greece’s National Weather Service has issued a Red Warning, which is most available for wind, rain and stormy conditions, before its arrival.

The UK’s Met Office said the hurricanes were slowly getting stronger and were forecast to turn south before reaching the Greek coast on Friday.

“Heavy rain and strong winds are expected in the southwestern parts of Greece in the next few days.” Met Office Fees said.

The word “medicine” is a combination of the words “Mediterranean” and “hurricane” due to the location of the storm.
