Steam hit project Wingman looks like a top gun, playing like a roguelik


Just behind the pre-order of the No. 2 top-selling game on Steam on Wednesday Cyberpunk 2077, Called a high concept action combat game Project Wingman. Players take to the skies in first or third person, where you can take control of fourth- and fifth-person fighter and attack aircraft from the arsenal in the modern world. The game includes more than 20 aircraft, such as the AV-8B Harrier, the F-14 Tomcat and the F-15 Eagle. There are also some legacy aircraft, including the venerable F-4 Phantom, as well as plenty of Russian inventory aircraft.

Really interesting is the protest, which includes monster flying castles and Hulking ground based matches. The game’s literature takes players with an alternate timeline, where modern aircraft are hunted by “railguns and geo-powered weapons.” The game lacks anything on either dramatic lighting, which spreads over all its exotic environment – Yellowstone Magma Fields, Redwood Forests and more.

The game was initially funded in 2017 by the Epic Games Unreal God Grant program. In the latter, fans made shy bets of just 4 85,000 in AU4 through more than 114,000 kickstarters.

Project Wingman Sport a full campaign called Conquest Mode, which plays like Rogolic. Players will be assigned the task of purchasing aircraft and weapons and maintaining a full combat force. The game is also compatible with modern hands-on non-throttle-and-stick (hotaz) setups and virtual reality, though both do not require you to enjoy the game.
