The debate will last forever: LeBron James vs. Michael Jordan. NBA fans, players and analysts have been discussing it for years, comparing statistics, rings, effects, ways to change the game and more.

Pro Basketball Hall L Hall Hall of Famer Schwickley sat down with “All Things Covered” to give his thoughts on the GOAT talk and revealed that he currently stands the gap between the two players.

While some people don’t pay attention to this, O’Neill says he believes James cares about the opinions of others.

“I know LeBron and I know what those people think,” the former Laker said.

Shake admitted that “we want statistics” and broke the statistical difference between the two players.

“He had already passed Kobe and Jordan in points … he would also jump on Karim (Abdul-Jabbar). I think he would try to pass Karim,” Shake said.

Looking ahead to the championship, James has four – he got a fourth ring with the Lakers last month – while Bryant finished with five and Jordan with six.

“I think LeBron wants to join Kobe and tie Jordan with the championship,” Shake said. “If he tied Mike down, I think people would probably lean a little more towards LeBron as the best player in the world.”

Right now the vegetable seems to be leaning towards MJ over James, but he didn’t write the possibility of a reversal, saying that if James tied Abdul-Jabbar in points and Jordan in rings, “the conversation would change.”

James, 36, has been in the league since 2003 and has shown no sign of leaving the league any time soon.
