If you were the unfortunate few who failed to snag a PlayStation 5 console when pre-orders went live at 11am yesterday in Singapore, you still have 4 more chances.
As we all know by now, stocks are very limited on launch day (November 19), and PS fans were scrambling yesterday trying to secure a copy, causing websites to crash across the island.
As it happens, Sony Singapore will be rolling out a small number of PS5 and PS5 Digital Editions over 5 days, from September 18 to 22, at 11 o’clock. So if you’re still hoping to get one on launch day, you still have 4 more chances.
Here are some quick tips to help you:
- Head over to the PlayStation 5 product page at Sony Singapore (of course) and keep updating before 11am.
- Unfortunately, there is no way to create a Sony store account before paying, so you will need to fill out the customer details page as quickly as possible.
- The fastest way is of course to make sure you have your “AutoComplete” in your Chrome browser set with your first / last name, email, contact, address, zip code, so all you need to do is click on the email box and Have Chrome pre-fill everything for you in a second, and all you need to do is check the T&C consent box and proceed to the payment method, which you can also use Chrome’s “Auto-Complete” for payment methods.
- Good luck! And may the odds always be in your favor.
If you still haven’t managed to get one at retail price, just make sure you don’t feed resellers, or you can try your luck on Amazon US & UK or even Amazon.sg (set it to notify you via email or add to your wish list). Or just wait patiently until mid-December to restock.
