The Health Ministry said that he has a low viral load and that his serological test came back positive.

He said: “Since these indicate a probable past infection, we have classified the case as imported based on its travel history.

“It is likely shedding tiny bits of the virus’ RNA, which are no longer communicable or infectious to others.”

She is asymptomatic.

The other 12 cases tested positive during their SHN periods.

They include two more Singaporeans and two permanent residents returning from India, Malaysia and the United States; holder of a dependent pass from India; a US work pass holder; five work permit holders from Bangladesh, India and the Philippines; and a holder of a short-term visit pass from the United Arab Emirates.
