SINGAPORE: Secondary 1 publication results will be released next Tuesday (December 22) at 9 am, announced the Ministry of Education (MOE).

The results of the publication can be accessed through the following channels:

– Short Messaging System (SMS) text messages, if provided during the application process

– Internet system S1; or

– At the student’s primary school

In previous years, students reported to their assigned high schools the next business day after receiving the information. In light of the COVID-19 situation, students do not need to physically report to their published high schools this year, the MOE said.

Instead, students should check their schools’ websites published as of December 22 for more information, such as instructions on purchasing books and uniforms online, book lists, and reporting details.

Parents of the incoming Secondary 1 cohort who are on Parents Gateway will also receive instructions from the schools posted beginning the afternoon of December 22nd.

“If students are unable to report to their assigned high school on the first day of school on January 4, 2021 due to valid reasons, they can contact the assigned high school directly to confirm that they are filling the spot, and the school will be able to reserve the place for them, “added the Ministry of Education.

Parents and students can check the MOE website for more information.
