Man Injured In Knife Attack After Heated Argument On Serangoon Road, Police Search Suspect

A 33-year-old man suffered injuries after being attacked by another man with a knife along Serangoon Road in the early hours of Thursday (October 8).

Police said they were alerted to a case of voluntarily injuring with a dangerous weapon at 525 Serangoon Road at 1.30 am.

“A 33-year-old man was attacked by another man with a knife,” police said in a statement on Friday (October 9).

The man, who sustained injuries to his left arm, was taken to Singapore General Hospital in a conscious state.

The two men were seen embroiled in a heated argument before the attack, police added.

Several Stompers also shared a circulated image showing three police tents at the scene.

Stomp understands that there were no deaths in the incident.

Police have released images of a man and said they are looking for him to help with investigations into the case.
