SINGAPORE – A 32-year-old man was arrested for multiple crimes, including suspected drug offenses, after a police chase that resulted in his car colliding with two other cars and driving onto a sidewalk on Thursday (September 24) .

It began around 11.50 a.m., when police officers patrolling an open space parking lot on Bayfront Avenue came across a car with a missing front bumper and approached the vehicle, police said Friday.

The Singapore Civil Defense Force (SCDF) said it was alerted to the traffic accident near the Tanjong Pagar MRT station at 12:40 pm on Thursday.
