Liverpool were unable to capitalize on their rivals’ points loss with a 1-1 away draw against Fulham.
The Reds were lousy in the early stages, conceding a string of good chances that Alisson had to deal with. It could have been 2 or 3 after half an hour. Then Liverpool did enough to bounce back in the game, tying a penalty awarded by VAR, but they didn’t really deserve more than that.

On Alisson’s crucial comeback, Klopp explained that “you could see in one or two situations you could see that he also needs rhythm, but in key moments he was there.
