Welcome to Joe Wicks PE training on Tuesday, day two of week five (now) and it’s time to put on the trainers and prepare to train, as today’s session starts soon (at 9AM BST / 6PM AEST, if is asking) )

If you want to get your portion of Wicks up and running every day, you’ll need to have YouTube open and waiting at 9AM BST / 6PM AEST every day.

If you are interested in engaging with The Body Coach as it happens, and you can cope with irrepressible excitement at this hour, then you will need to have your YouTube portal open on your TV, tablet or smartphone around 8:55 a.m. BST.
Once ready, navigate to The Body Coach YouTube channel on your TV, phone, or iPad (more on how to do this below).
You won’t see it on camera right away, but try memorizing all the items on your shelves as there is a daily place that makes a difference for die-hard fans.

How to watch Joe Wicks children’s training on a TV
The best way, if you have space, is to watch the workout in front of a television. There are countless ways to get YouTube on your tellybox, making activity easy.
Using your smart TV
The easiest way is if you have a smart TV in your life, and it may already be connected. An easy way to find out is to press the icon we’ve highlighted above and see if your TV or streaming device is listed. If so, you are ready to go.
If not, and your TV is connected to the Internet, open your smart hub and navigate to YouTube where you can follow the above search instructions to find The Body Coach TV, with a new live video every day at 9AM GMT .
If you don’t see it right away, it should show up just before 9 a.m., and Wicks gives you a few minutes to get ready, too.
Using Google Chromecast
Alternatively, you can use streaming sticks – one of the simplest is Google’s Chromecast, which plugs into your HDMI jack and will stream content from your phone to the TV.
Launch YouTube on your smartphone or tablet and look for the streaming icon in one of the corners.
Chromecast isn’t too expensive, either, and it’s a simple way to intelligently turn on your TV: It lets you stream a multitude of services (like Netflix and other streaming platforms) from your small phone’s screen to a bigger screen:

More advanced than a Chromecast, the Roku device turns your TV into a smart hub too easily. When it’s plugged in, press the ‘source’ button on your remote and navigate to the HDMI port where your Roku device is located (or, with some modern TVs, just pressing the ‘Start’ button on the Roku remote will do the same) .
From there, open the YouTube app and navigate to Body Coach TV at 9AM GMT … or turn it on on your smartphone or tablet and look for the ‘cast’ icon above, tap on it and see if the Roku is listed (which should be if all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network).
How to watch Joe Wicks PE training on an iPad
Here are two options: If you have already downloaded the YouTube app on your tablet, simply search for “The Body Coach” and click on the icon at the top of the screen for “Body Coach TV”.
From there, you will see a list of all the videos, and at 9 a.m., the new option will appear, although you may need to update.
You can achieve the same if no To get the iPad app, head over to your Safari or Chrome browser and click on the link to The Body Coach YouTube channel – you can play the video directly from there and hit the full screen option in the lower right corner.
What HIIT timer does Joe Wicks use?
Joe Wicks uses the Seconds Timer app for his workouts; You can download it for iPhone / iPad or Android phones.
There are plenty of free-to-use options, but if you want to use it regularly and not be irritated by having to create workouts over and over (in addition to supporting developers, it’s a wonderful thing when you’re using an app a lot) you’ll need to make an in-app purchase.
