All he wanted was some food, but a bat unintentionally became the star of a viral video when he was caught red-handed engaging in some “bat” behavior at an NTUC FairPrice outlet.
The crime? Steal bites of a bunch of bananas in sight.
The store, located at 345 Jurong East St 31, has since discarded all affected fruits and moved all of its fruits within the store, NTUC FairPrice said in a statement today (Oct 16).
The 15-second clip of the eating bat was uploaded to the All Singapore Stuff Facebook page this morning, where it garnered over 800 shares as of this writing.
