Like the launch of the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro, Singtel launched the Apple iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max with great fanfare and celebration. Incidentally, the first buyer in the queue was also Singtel’s first customer to get the iPhone X in 2017.
“Of the customers who expressed interest in the new iPhone line, more than half chose the iPhone 12 Pro Max,” said Gan Siok Hoon, Managing Director of Mobile Sales and Marketing, Consumer Singapore, Singtel.
“Its popularity was clear during pre-orders when a model sold out in just two minutes.”
Separately, Singtel placed 30 units of iPhone 12 Pro Max under a two-year contract at its unmanned mobile pop-up store, Unboxed. The mobile store is currently adjacent to the Singtel retail store in Comcentre.
Customers of any telecommunications company who have not pre-ordered on time can purchase and enroll in a mobile plan with Singtel. According to Singtel, the store still meets social distancing requirements, with a maximum of five customers allowed in its automated facilities at any one time.
M1 celebrated the launch of the iPhone 12 Mini and Pro Max by gifting basket packs to two lucky M1 customers who were the first to receive their pre-ordered devices at M1’s flagship store in Paragon, Orchard Road. The baskets contained a host of electronic gadgets and accessories, including a Mazer fast-charging adapter, an Energea Fibratough antimicrobial USB-C to Lightning cable, a Mocoll tempered glass screen protector, and a Uniq Hybrid smartphone case.

According to M1, the iPhone 12 Pro saw a 25 percent increase in orders within the first two weeks of launch through the orange field, compared to the iPhone 11 Pro of 2019.
M1 customers who sign up or rehire an iPhone 12 model with a plan + add-on of $ 10 or higher can enjoy up to 6 months of free 5G service with additional data up to 100GB, along with a free subscription one year to VIU.
At StarHub, the telco delivered iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max phones to pre-order buyers.
In favor of social distancing guidelines, StarHub chose to deliver the latest iPhone 12 phones with an augmented reality (AR) thank you video featuring the top brass of the telecommunications company, which is similar in style to the launch of the iPhone 12 and 12. Pro in October.
