However, there is always a risk that faults will occur or that consoles with older parts are more likely to be inactive, so it is up to you or not.

Since then, the Nintendo Switch has become available again, and you can easily buy one online. However, there is one thing: retailers and resellers are raising prices like crazy.
The official retail price is $ 499 for the basic set (no games, only console). This is the price you would find in official stores like Courts and Challenger. Reasonable right? Correct, except that most of these places are sold out.

For those who prefer a cheaper and simpler device, Nintendo Switch Lite may be better. It’s a portable console (meaning you can’t connect it to the TV) but you can get it much cheaper for around $ 300 +, even at third-party stores. The retail price is $ 299, but then again, it sold out in most places.

Judging from what we’ve researched, there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference in retail price and that of outside retailers. Nor is it much cheaper second-hand.
