“They should see a doctor immediately if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor about their exposure history,” said the Ministry of Health. .

There is no need to avoid places where COVID-19 cases have been recorded, the Health Ministry added.

“The National Environment Agency will involve the administration of the affected facilities to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection,” the Health Ministry said.

Singapore reported 30 new cases of COVID-19 as of noon on Friday, including an infection in the community.
