When women expect a bundle of joy, naturally the first people they would tell are their family and friends. However, due to the nature of her work, Jaleena Yong is often the first to know about her clients’ pregnancies.
People often open up to her while lying down, talking about their lives in general, not just when they’re waiting. She remains a constant companion to many clients in her life, helping them overcome heartbreak, pregnancy, and promotions.
He has even watched some of them grow from high school students to parents. Over the years, she has developed a close relationship with them and is the guardian of some of their deepest and darkest secrets.
He’s also seen them go through their darkest days of skincare issues as a beautician for nearly 12 years.
She started out as a customer service consultant but soon became a beauty therapist at New York Skin Solutions when she saw the joy on people’s faces after they left the store with better skin condition.

Over a decade into her work, she still gets the same joy when she succeeds in helping a client with their skin issues and they see the massive change before and after.
