The decision comes before a meeting of the US Electoral College on Monday to formalize the victory of Democrat Biden.
Trump, a Republican, has refused to budge despite losing to Biden, who garnered 306 votes to Trump’s 232 in the state-by-state Electoral College, which allocates votes to all 50 states and the District of Columbia based on population. .
“This is a huge and shameful judicial error. The people of the United States were deceived and our country was disgraced. They didn’t even give us the day in court!” Trump wrote on Twitter Saturday morning.

The court said Texas had no legal capacity to bring the case, abruptly ending what Trump had touted in recent days as his best hope for reversing the election. All three Trump-nominated judges, Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, signed the court order without comment.
In a series of seemingly frustrated tweets, the president also lashed out at his attorney general after the Wall Street Journal reported that Barr learned earlier this year about a tax investigation of Biden’s son Hunter.
In a statement released by the president-elect’s transition team, Hunter Biden said Wednesday that the US Attorney’s Office in Delaware was investigating his tax matters, which he said he handled “legally and properly.”
