Five more cases of COVID-19 have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities, bringing Singapore’s total recoveries to 58,144.

There are 28 cases still in the hospital. Most of them are stable or improving and none are in the intensive care unit. Another 29 are being isolated and cared for in community facilities.

As of Wednesday, Singapore has reported a total of 58,830 COVID-19 cases and 29 deaths from the disease.

The Health Ministry said the total number of new cases in the community has remained low, with a total of five cases in the past week that are currently not linked. More details can be found in the daily situation report of the Ministry of Health.
