SHINee is back!
On November 15, Minho was discharged from the military, which means that all members of SHINee are now out of the military. Onew and Key completed their military duties earlier this year, while the youngest member, Taemin, is still young enough to postpone his mandatory military enlistment for later.
Key shared a photo of the SHINee members finally all together, thrilling his fans. He wrote in the caption: “We are back!”
Before uploading the photo, Key did a live broadcast on his Instagram account with the rest of the SHINee members.
In April, SHINee’s official website was revamped with a countdown for each of the members to finish their mandatory military service. The text “2020 SHINee’S BACK” on the website led fans to wonder if the return of the military members would lead to a return of SHINee in 2020.
Meanwhile, Taemin is promoting his latest solo song “IDEA” and Key has returned to his fixed position on tvN’s “Amazing Saturday.”
