SINGAPORE – The Ministry of Health (MINSA) confirmed 18 new cases of COVID-19 in Singapore as of noon on Wednesday (November 11), bringing the country’s total to 58,091.

“There are 18 imported cases, which had already been placed on the Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore,” the ministry said.
“Among them, two are permanent residents of Singapore and 14 are work pass holders who are currently employed in Singapore, including 10 foreign domestic workers.”

With four more patients discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities on Tuesday, 57,985 cases, or 99.6 percent of the total, have fully recovered from the infection.
Most of the 40 hospitalized cases are stable or improving, while none are critically ill in the intensive care unit.
A total of 20 patients with mild symptoms or who are clinically well but still test positive are isolated and cared for in community facilities.
