SINGAPORE – Robinsons will begin store-wide sales on Friday (November 6) at its last two stores in Singapore at The Heeren and Raffles City Shopping Center.
There will be a store-wide discount on fashion, beauty, home goods, accessories and travel items, marketing agency BWP Group said on Friday.

The retailer’s appointed liquidator, KordaMentha, has confirmed this announcement, adding in an update on Thursday (Nov 5) that customers who have ordered Robinsons Simmons, Sealy, Serta or King Koil mattresses and paid in full can expect to be delivered.
A fifth mattress company, Mattress International (MaxCoil), said customers who have made a full payment should approach their bank to cancel it.
After they redirect your purchases and make the payment to MaxCoil, your orders will be completed.
KordaMentha added Thursday that discussions with other mattress suppliers are ongoing and will provide updates when available.
At 4pm on Thursday, the Singapore Consumers Association (Case) said it had received 40 consumer complaints against Robinsons Singapore.
The total value of the undelivered mattresses, according to Robinsons customer complaints, exceeded $ 145,000.
The majority of the complaints, or 34 of them, were from customers seeking a refund or delivery of mattresses that had Robinsons partially or fully prepaid for future delivery.
“Some of these consumers, who … purchased the mattresses as early as November 2019, were informed that their mattresses will not be delivered on the scheduled delivery dates as Robinsons had gone into liquidation,” said Case CEO. , Loy York Jiun.
Five other complaints were related to changes in the use of Robinsons coupons, which can now only be used if the customer spends at least double the value of the coupons, according to a document on the KordaMentha website.
A customer is seeking a refund for her Robinsons gift card because she claimed that she had nothing left in the store to purchase.
Case said consumers who had paid by credit card and wanted their prepayments or deposits back could submit chargeback requests to their banks within 120 days of the transaction.
