Chelsea has a new name at the top of their defensive wish list with a January offer in the works, while Man City edged out Man Utd to sign a attacker from Partizan Belgrade, according to transfer gossip Saturday.

Chelsea are reportedly preparing a rapprochement for Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter in January.
