The Education Ministry said the principal appointment and rotation process allows schools to benefit from new perspectives and enables experienced principals to share best practices between schools.

“Our principals will have the opportunity to take on new challenges and strengthen the work of the schools to which they have recently been appointed,” said the MOE.

Principals will receive their letters of appointment on December 29 at the Principal Appointment and Appreciation Ceremony, chaired by Minister of Education Lawrence Wong.
