Crystal Palace leader Christian Benteke is being linked with a shock switch to Premier League rivals Tottenham.

They claim that Spurs Chief José Mourinho has given the green light for a move for Benteke.
The 29-year-old has struggled to recreate his impressive form for Villa who saw him win a £ 33 million trade to Liverpool in 2015.
Benteke scored 49 goals in 101 games in all competitions for Villa in three seasons.

But since then he has scored just 23 goals in 116 games in the periods at Liverpool and Palace. In fact, he has only found the net alarmingly six times in the last three seasons.
The Spurs, however, are desperate to bring in a new No. 9 to back Harry Kane.
