In a surprise surprise, Nikola Jokic’s Denver Nuggets fell back to 3-1 to eliminate title favorite Los Angeles Clippers.
The Los Angeles Clippers held a 16-point lead in Game 5, a 19-point lead in Game 6, and were eliminated by 15 points in Game 7. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George had a combined 0 points in Game 4th quarter that eventually led to his disappearance.

In his post-game on-court interview, Nikola Jokic very nonchalantly hit the Clippers for their 3-game collapse.

This could be Jokic just talking about how the Nuggets are a great team that plays well with their backs against the wall, but it’s also an opportunity for the Clippers as they couldn’t capitalize on their 3-1 lead.
Jokic was spectacular in these Playoffs, as he becomes the only player to record a triple-double with more than 20 rebounds in Game 7. He is also the only player to achieve a triple-double in 2 consecutive Games 7.

The Denver Nuggets came back 3-1 in their first-round series against the Utah Jazz and have accomplished the unthinkable once again.
Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets players have stated that they play at their best when their backs are against the wall. They are now 6-0 in elimination games in the 2020 Playoffs.
