Taiwanese actor Alien Huang dies at 36

Well-known artist Alien Huang (Xiao Gui) died today (September 16), according to media reports. He was 36 years old.

The Taiwanese celebrity was found dead at her home in Taipei’s Beitou district, according to Dimsum Daily. The Taipei Fire Department received a report at 11:27 a.m. M. And an ambulance team that was dispatched found Huang’s body. The police are investigating the cause of death.

His manager confirmed the news and shared that the cause of death will be revealed later.

Apple Daily Taiwan reported that Huang’s father stopped by their house around 11 am to pick him up for lunch and discovered his son’s body on the floor.

According to United Daily News, Huang’s body was found dumped in the hallway outside the bathroom. A bathtub was filled with water and the air conditioning was turned on. There were no signs of drugs, alcohol, or forced entry.

Huang was reportedly wearing a top but no underwear and blood stains were found on the floor, Apple Daily Taiwan said.

Security camera footage showed Huang returned home only at 7.15pm on Tuesday (September 15) and was not seen leaving his premises.

Huang is known for hosting the Taiwanese entertainment variety show 100% Entertainment alongside artist Show Lo.

Huang made his acting debut in 2002 and later starred in many popular films and television dramas, including KO One (2005), Corner With Love (2007), Sweet Sweet Bodyguard (2012), and Lovestore At The Corner (2014).

He also founded the fashion brand AES (Alien Evolution Studio) in 2008 and published three illustration books.
