SINGAPORE – The Temasek Foundation (TF) will host another round of face mask distribution from September 21 to October 4, and each Singaporean will be able to collect two reusable masks.

The announcement was made by Temasek CEO and CEO Ho Ching in a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday evening (September 9).

“Some people have asked if it is true that the Temasek Foundation will distribute another round of free reusable masks,” Ho said in his post.

“The folks at TF have been planning this for some time and were working to make a formal announcement before this weekend.”

The Temasek Foundation had conducted a mask distribution round in June and July, through some 1,200 vending machines at bus interchanges, community centers, and resident committee centers.

Household helpers can also collect masks.

In his Facebook post, Ho said that in order to collect the face masks, Singaporeans need to bring any government-issued identification card with a barcode, such as their pink or blue IC, FIN card, driver’s license. or PAssioncard.

Domestic helpers or workers with work passes can also collect the masks. Toddlers up to 12 years old will be eligible for child size masks.

“There are a lot of supplies of the Adult White and Kid White masks, so feel free to pick up your free kit after the first three days to avoid crowds,” Ho wrote in his Facebook post.

Pre-order available for up to 10 additional kits

There will also be online pre-order options for those who want more skins or want skins in other colors: black, peach, denim, and navy.

White masks for adults and children are $ 8 per kit (containing two masks) and residents can reserve up to 10 additional kits per person.

The reservation is open from Sunday to October 2 and is subject to availability.
