Lee, 24, is demanding a trial on a charge of sexually abusing the woman, whom he met through the social media platform Instagram a week or two before the incident.
On the first day of the trial, the court heard how the man had made various unwanted advances towards the woman, including hugging her, touching her breasts and attempting to kiss her, after the couple met around 1 a.m. at SMU for work. in the study room. On the second day of her testimony, the woman described the latest incident as the last straw.
