Camilla Cabello isn’t just Shawn Mendes ’duet partner. It is also his museum.
The “In My Blood” singer will shed some light on her relationship with Kabe Belo in a new trailer for her Netflix documentary, In Wonder – and says that “every song” he wrote is about him.
“My song comes on the radio or something and I’m like, ‘Everything is about you. That’s all, they’ve always been about you,’ Mendes shares at the end of the trailer released on Tuesday. “He goes, ‘What do you mean?’ Like, ‘It’s all about you. Like every song I’ve ever written.’ ”
Mendes and Cabe Billo, who collaborated on 2015’s “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and 2018’s “Senorita”, began dating in July 2019.
The former fifth harmony singer will make a few appearances in the upcoming Doc’s trailer, which will take fans behind the scenes of Mendes’ recent world tour. The 104-show visit was “too intense” for Mendes, revealing his struggles for fame and for pretending to be “Superman.”
“This is not a story about a famous musician. It’s a story about an old man,” he shares.
In Wonder, Which promises to premiere on Netflix on November 23, featuring “unprecedented entry into both homes at Mendes’ private life” and footage from years of his life and career. Mendis’ fourth album, Surprise, Will be released on December 4th.
