During the collegium session chaired by Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin, the implementation of key activities of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army in the last three years was discussed and the analysis of the achieved level of development of forces and operational capabilities of the Serbian Army.
Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the Serbian army, in this period, significantly strengthened its capabilities by equipping new weapons and military equipment, modernizing existing funds of national development NGOs, improving training and improving material position and standard of living. of its members.
It was evaluated that the military neutrality of Serbia allows the successful development of partnership cooperation with other armies in accordance with the national and defense interests of Serbia, which is a firm commitment also in the future.

Combat shooting tactical exercise “Sadejstvo 2020” in temporary field “Peshter” successfully showed the high level of readiness and training of Serbian army units and the cooperation of types in conducting joint operations. A large number of modernized funds and defense industry development funds acted together for the first time in one of those exercises.
The most significant result of the work of the previous three years, concluded in today’s session, is the successful realization of equipping, modernizing and strengthening the operational capabilities of the Serbian army, improving the level of its members and preserving peace and protecting security. of all citizens of Serbia.
