‘Selling Sunset’ star Chrishell Stause is reacting to fans calling her ex Justin Hartley


Chrishell Stause responds to social media users waving at their divorce from Justin Hartley.

When the third season of “Selling Sunset” debuted on Friday, fans got a glimpse into the recent divorce between Stause, 39, and Hartley.

In an emotional scene, the soap star tremblingly explained that Hartley (43) told her about text he had submitted divorce papers.

Fans of Stause were apparently shocked by the news, and took to Twitter to express frustration over the “This Is Us” star, as well as to throw support behind Stause – some of whom, she replied.

‘Justin [Hartley] ended her marriage over a TEXT and she came STILL to support her marriage from her bully … While she died on the inside ?! ” wrote one of, to, the actress replied with a string of skull emojis.

I’m with your ex though, “wrote another from next to a GIF pictured actress Kristin Davis and said,” I cursed the day you were born! “

“My favorite poison,” answered Stause.

The star later likely spoke out about the backlash that Hartley and her co-star, Davina Potratz, received on Twitter, according to Entertainment Tonight, although she did not name anyone by name.

“I SO appreciate the love your guys have given for #SellingSunset wow!” Stause said. “That being said, some of you are attacking a certain person to defend me. I appreciate the sentiment because certain things also drove me crazy. But I hate the feeling that someone is being bullied.”

In a follow-up tweet, she added: “Do you want to encourage women and if my tweet has anything to say at least, I just hope you can keep the passion, but maybe minus the vitriol ..? Love your guys though and love your enthusiasm [sic.]! “

In ‘Selling Sunset’, Stause opened up with her co-star Mary Fitzgerald about the ordeal.

‘I found out because he texted[ed] me that we were submitted, ‘they asserted. “Thirty-five minutes later the world knew.”

The star went on to say, “Because of the crazy way this was going, people want answers, and I want answers.”

‘In a fight, that’s his goal, you know? Like, ‘I’m out, I’m out,’ ‘she said in connection with the divorce filing of “This Is Us” actor. ‘I hate that kind of impulsive stuff, but I always just thought, you know, that’s just a problem we work through. If this is really what you wanted, there are better ways to go about it [it]. ”

The real estate professional then opened up about the conversation she had with Hartley after he texted her about the divorce.

‘I immediately talked to him because I thought this was going to be a joke, but that was kind of the end of communication. What should I say? What do you say after that? ‘Stause the back.

Her head began to spin with how to deal with what she was told.

“It’s like, now I have to find a place to live,” said the former “Days of Our Lives” star. “Now I have to fix this and figure it out, you know?”

The star said she was shocked by the news.

“When I found that, I was standing minutes in front of the house to work, so I immediately grabbed a few things and I was just as hard as I could,” Stause said. “I do not think I really knew where I was going or what I was going to do, but I just had to leave.”

She could not believe it was happening to her.

“It’s so weird,” said the “Selling Sunset” star. “Like, who do I live from? I’ve never had a lawyer in my life.”
