It’s incredibly rare for fans to get a glimpse of Beyonce, her husband Jay-Z, and her family considered how private they are. On August 10, however, fans of the Hollywood power couple saw Beyonce confused by one of the twins! The family, including eight-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter, and twins Rumi en Sir, 3, spent time on a luxury boat enjoying the fresh air. Bey sat close to her boys and was seen with her mother, Tina Lawson, who posted some images of the getaway on her Instagram account.

More often than not, Beyonce and her team carefully coordinate what the audience can see in the private life of the Grammy winner. But with her latest visual album, Black Is King, Beyonce’s children were an integral part of her amazing artwork. Upon his release on July 31 at Disney +, Beyonce dedicated the visual album to her son. ‘Dedicated to my son, Sir Carter. And to all our sons and daughters. The sun and the moon bow before you. You are the keys to the kingdom, ”reads a message at the beginning of the film.

Later in the film, Beyonce marked three generations of the incredible women from her family. Tina, Beyonce, Blue, and Rumi stood together and all looked at the camera and stood stoically with beautiful flower colors. While posing by her own mother, Beyonce held her three-year-old daughter and wrapped her other arm around Blau. It was such a striking image of the implicit visual experience.

Protecting her personal life from the world and speaking through her art has always been an enormous part of Beyonce’s star power. Her previous visual albums – Beyonce (2013) and Lemonade (2016) – presented the artist who took a strong stand on feminism, while the latter marked a difficult chapter in her marriage to Jay-Z. Now that Bey is back in NYC, we can not wait to see what she has in store for her fans!
