Scheana Shay claims that her long-standing relationship with John Mayer included another woman.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star said in a new interview that she was involved in a “throuple” with Mayer and “The Hills” alum Stacie “Stacie the Bartender” Adams.
On the latest episode of the “Flashbacks with Jessica Hall and Heather Rae Young” podcast, Shay, 35, said she first met Mayer while working on a party he and then-girlfriend Jennifer Aniston had in Grand Havana Room smieten. The singer “Your Body Is a Wonderland” and the “Friends” stars, 51, dated a year between 2008 and 2009.
‘I work this party. I end up getting angry, ‘said Shay, who worked as a bartender and cocktail waitress. “Every time they made a shot, they would get me a shot.” She said she invited her for an afterparty, but she was too drunk to ride there.
She said the stars ended a few weeks later and that Mayer then returned to Grand Havana Room “with all the boys, just like,‘ Yeah, f – k this. Whatever. ‘”
She claimed, ‘One of his friends is coming up and he was,’ So, it’s not really like public news yet, but John and Jen broke up. He wants your number. Give it to me and I’ll pass it on to him. ‘”
Shay gave the friend her number and said Mayer finally got into her apartment.
“I lived with Stacie at the time,” they claimed. ‘This lasted about six months. We hung out and we would go to his house in Calabasas, or Hidden Hills, whatever it’s called. It was just, you know, kind of the three of us. We had a little throuple going on. ‘
Young asked Shay if she meant a sexual relationship, and Shay confirmed that she did. She also sometimes said she and Mayer had flings with another third wife who was not Adams.
But of course, nothing lasts forever.
‘I was really a little jealous at the end of it, because I knew he was fun [Adams] more and I was, ‘Wait, I brought you here and now you get more attention than I get! Actually, what’s going on? ” Sei Shay. “And then, just behind him and I, stopped talking, they kept talking and there were, like, a lot of things.”
Shay admitted that she was also jealous that Adams was asked to join “The Hills” because Adams had no interest in the entertainment industry, while Shay tried to capture her great time.
Eventually, the two friends ended up falling out a year ago, but have since patched their relationship.
The Mayer rep said he was not available for comment. Page Six emailed Adams for comment.
