Ryan Seekrest Doesn’t spend much time in LA these days … He lives in New York where he co-hosts “Live with Kelly and Ryan” … so he decides to sell his home and pocket about MIL 44 million in the process !! !
Real estate sources tell us Ryan is relocating the Bew Hills he bought. Ellen DeGeneres Back to market. We learned that he listed the estate today at 85 85 million … surprising since he bought it in 2012 for 39 million. He spent another million dollars on an adjacent property.
The house is amazing and totally history. Ellen bought it from the creator of “Will and Grace” Max Machnik. After she sold it to Ryan, we were told that Max got in touch with her and said he couldn’t finish the house the way he wanted, so he offered to help Ryan do it again, and Seacrest agreed. So, Max was their designer / architect!
The estate is stunning … the city has combinations like a great resort. It has 5 compositions, set between garden and water facilities. It’s amazing for indoor / outdoor life.
The main home is 9,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 6 baths and a gourmet chef’s kitchen that opens onto an outdoor pizza oven.
