The film is based on the 2009 Mark Greaney novel that featured the Gray Man, a former CIA agent-turned-assassin named Court Gentry. Ryan Gosling is ready to play Gentry. Lloyd Hansen, a former CIA coworker, is tracking Gentry. Hansen will be portrayed by Chris Evans, who has worked with the Russo brothers on Captain America: Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers Endgame. The budget is set at more than $ 200 million.
