Rose McGowan has accused former co-star Alyssa Milano of being a ‘fraud’ and hijacking the MeToo movement after the actress expressed her support for Joe Biden and defended the Democratic Party.
The two actresses clashed again on Friday during an ugly Twitter spate, after McGowan went on a call saying Democrats did nothing to help minorities and the poor.
She also blew up Biden’s speech at the DNC in which he said President Trump had ‘dressed America too dark for too long’.
McGowan, 46, has been a vocal critic of the presidential candidate and his supporters after she sided with his prosecutor Tara Reade, who claims the former VP attacked her in 1993.

McGowan dismissed a series of tweets in which she also accused Milano of creating a ‘toxic’ environment on the set of Charmed with her diva behavior
In a tweet after Biden’s speech on Friday night, McGowan replied: ‘You are the season of darkness @JoeBiden @dnc. You are monsters. You are fraud. You are the lie. ‘
‘What have the Democrats done to solve EVERYTHING? The poor help? No. Do black and brown people help? No. Stop police brutality? No. Help moms? No. Help children? No. You have achieved nothing. NOTHING AT ALL. Why did people vote for Trump? Because of your mother’s cherry, ‘she added in a follow-up tweet.
The comments drew criticism from thousands of users who defend the Democratic Party, including Milan and fellow actress Patricia Arquette.
Milano, 47, responded with a 26-tweet thread of ‘all the things the Democratic Party has done to make the world a better place’, early 1920s.
They claimed that Democrats ‘led the way’ on issues of abortion, women’s rights, health care, racial justice and LGBTQ rights, before shooting back at McGowan and saying she was the real ‘fraud’.

McGowan responded to Biden, saying he and the Democratic Party were ‘monsters’ and ‘frauds’ before claiming Democrats did nothing to help minorities and the poor.

McGowan then responded by accusing Milano of hijacking the creator Tarana Burke’s MeToo movement and claiming that she had created a ‘toxic’ environment on Charmed’s set with her diva behavior.

The charming actress, who was one of the leading #MeToo activists after Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual assault, recently blew up Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris, and accused her of accepting donations from former donations from their abuser.
Despite an outcry of Hollywood support in Harris’ nomination, McGowan, 46, expressed her concern on Twitter that Harris had accepted money from Weinstein in one of her past campaigns.
