Timiş police have crafted a criminal case for beatings and other acts of violence, after two parents beat and knocked a teenager to the ground who allegedly hit their daughter with a ball, News.ro reports.
The incident occurred in a park in Parţa, Timiş county. A six-year-old girl playing in the park was hit with a ball by a seven-year-old boy. The little girl went home and told her parents what had happened, and they decided to do justice to themselves.
The girl’s mother went to the park and beat the 13-year-old boy. The boy tried to defend himself, but the woman threw him to the ground.
After being hit by the girl’s mother, the young man was hit by the girl’s father, who picked him up in the air and threw him to the ground. After the impact, the boy fractured his clavicle.
The police were notified in this case and prepared a criminal record for crimes of coup and other violence.
“On September 3 of this year, the agents of Section 4 of the Rural Police of Peciu Nou were notified through the only emergency call 112 about the fact that within the town of Parţa a child under 13 years old was physically attacked by two adults. The policemen went to the scene urgently, where they found that the accused were confirmed. A criminal case was drawn up in the case under the aspect of the commission of the crime of beatings and other violence. In addition, the police officers carry out investigations to establish exactly the causes and circumstances of the crime ”, report the representatives of the LEI Timiş.
