Starting Monday night, starting at 22:00, and until tomorrow morning, at 9:00, there will be manifestations of atmospheric instability, wind intensification.
Therefore, in the mentioned interval, locally in the western, northern and central regions, and in smaller areas in the rest, there will be periods with atmospheric instability that will be manifested by showers, electric shocks and isolated hail.
Showers can also be torrential, and in isolation the amounts of water will exceed 15 … 20 l / m2.
The wind will intensify in most of the country and, especially during Tuesday (May 12), there will be speeds generally between 45 and 55 km / h, and in the mountains it will blow with more than 70 … 80 km / h.
After the expiration of this warning, a yellow code will take effect, valid until Tuesday night, at 23:00.
Wind intensifications, manifestations of atmospheric instability will be reported in Oltenia, Transylvania, western and central Muntenia (Argeș, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Ilfov and Bucharest counties).
In the mentioned interval, in Oltenia and Transilvania, as well as in the west and center of Muntenia (counties of Argeș, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Ilfov and in the area of the municipality of Bucharest) the wind will have temporary intensifications, with speeds of generally included bursts. between 55 and 65 km / h and isolated more than 70 km / h.
In the high mountain area, the wind will blow strong, with more than 90 … 100 km / h.
Locally, in mountainous and mountainous areas, as well as in the center of the territory, there will be periods of atmospheric instability that will manifest with showers, electric shocks and isolated hail. Showers can also be torrential, and in isolation the amounts of water will exceed 25 l / m2.
In addition, there will be manifestations of marked atmospheric instability in Moldova, Dobrogea and eastern Muntenia (in Buzău, Brăila, Ialomița and Călărași counties).

In addition, ANM issued a special weather forecast for Bucharest on Tuesday from 09:00 to 23:00.
