Electricity offers
Competitive offers were taken into account for bills with an estimated consumption of 100 kWh, which have a low voltage level and an undifferentiated price. We also take into account how the bill will be sent (email), but we do not consider what source the power will come from.

Bucharest
Therefore, the smallest invoice, in Bucharest, comes from SPEE.H. Hydroelectric, the offer is called Viitor Verde. The energy used is 100% renewable, and the value of a bill in the parameters chosen by us is 62.42 lei. The Hidroeléctrica offer is valid until June 30, 2021, if you want to contract it.
The second offer, EnergyGO online, is 10 bani more expensive, that is, 62.52 lei and comes from Restart Energy One SA. And here the energy is 100% renewable. You can find this offer valid until January 10, 2021.
In third place is Nova Power & Gas SRL, with a “guaranteed price housing offer for 12 months”, the price per 100 kWh is 63.71 lei, so with a fairly small difference between this and the first two offers .
For the Bucharest area, you will find, according to the criteria chosen by us, almost 60 offers, the most expensive being 111.91 lei / 100kWh. This comes from Electromagnetica SA, which supplies renewable energy only in a proportion of 38.29%, according to the ANRE website.
Cluj
In Cluj county, all Hydroelectric supply is in first place, in terms of price, but it is one leu more expensive than Bucharest. Thus, the Transylvanians will pay 63.76 lei for the 100 kWh consumed. And if we look at the rest of the offers, the difference of one leu between Bucharest and Cluj remains, these also coming from those mentioned above.
On the other hand, the last offer, the most expensive, came from SC PC Management & Consulting SRL and has a value of 117.15 lei per 100 kWh. In this case, only 10% of the electricity comes from renewable sources.
Constant
The same bidders are also in Constanta county, but here the price is 4 lei higher for each bid, compared to those in the capital. And as in Cluj, the latest offer comes from SC PC Management & Consulting SRL and reaches 120 lei.
Dolj
In Banie, the best offer for 100 kWh is one lei more expensive than in Constanta, reaching 67.61 lei. At the opposite extreme, the most expensive bid is 121 lei, keeping the same bidders as in Dobrogea.
Tim is
Here the prices are the same as in the Capital, so for 100 kW measured you will pay 62.71 lei, increasing the supply according to the same pattern. The most expensive kW also come from SC PC Management & Consulting SRL and cost more than 115 lei.
Iasi
In Iasi the offers are 3 lei more expensive than in Bucharest and come from the same operators, and the most expensive offer is 119 lei / 100kWh.
Natural gas deals
We take into account that the price type of natural gas in the offer must be fixed, and the annual consumption category must enter class C1 – customer with annual consumption less than or equal to 280 MWh. Likewise, it was taken into account that the type of unit supply price must be with the regulated services included and the invoice must be transmitted in electronic format.
Bucharest
CEZ Vanzare has the best offer, CEZ GAZ optim Online, for which you will pay 93.74 lei per MWh. Of this amount, 54 lei is charged for natural gas, 9.5 lei – for its transport, 30.24 lei – the distribution price.
The second offer comes from Enel Energie Muntenia SA, the offer is called Enel Gaz online Salut and costs 96.24 lei per MWh.
Electrica Furnizare SA has the “Impreuna” offer and it is more than 6 lei more expensive than the previous one, that is, it reaches 102.77 lei / MWh.
At the opposite extreme, the most expensive offer comes from Hermes Energy & Gas SRL and will cost 241.74 lei. For Bucharest, on the ANRE website you can find dozens of these offers from which to choose the one that suits you best.
Cluj Napoca
In Cluj Napoca, in the first places as offer are the same three big companies, only that the prices are 14 money lower. The difference can be found in the distribution fee, which is 14 money lower than in Bucharest. And in the case of the last offer, the same rule of 14 money applies.
Constant
In Constanta there are exactly the same offers as in the Capital, from the first three to the last offer. In fourth place in Constanta, but also in Bucharest, there is Restart Energy One SA’s offer, called gasGO Online Economiseste X2, and it is priced at 104.24 lei. Then Tinmar Energy has the Tinmar Gaz offer which costs 108.64 lei / MWh.
When it comes to small towns in Constanta County, here the big providers “do the games” and in most cases, Electrica Furnizare and Engie Romania are the companies that offer deals for them.
Craiova
The offer in the capital of Oltenia is the same as in Bucharest. On the other hand, when it comes to smaller towns in Dolj, the offer is much more diversified than in Constanta County. In other words, we find the same providers in Craiova in the smaller towns of Oltenia.
Iasi
On the other hand, in the city of Iasi, the offer is similar to that of Cluj, the differences with the Capital are 14 dollars for each offer. If we go to smaller populations, not necessarily small or medium, the offer becomes a bit more expensive. So, for example, in a locality like Vorovesti, the cheapest offer is 11.56 lei / MWh and it comes from CEZ Vanzare SA. At the opposite extreme, the most expensive is from Hermes Energy & Gas SA and costs 259.56 lei / MWh.
Tulcea
Of the big cities analyzed, Tulcea seems to have the best deal, even if the difference is just a lion and something like that. Here CEZ Sale has the CEZ GAZ Optim Online offer and it costs 92.14 lei. This offer is closely followed, at just 2.5 lei by that of Enel Energie Muntenia SA and costs 94.64 lei.
In cities like Macin, the offer is even better. The cheapest costs 88.85 lei and the most expensive reaches 236.85 lei / MWh.
Timisoara
The offers for the western city of the country are similar to those of Cluj Napoca, ie 93.60 lei, and for the smaller towns, such as Cerneteaz, prices will rise by almost 2.5 lei.
What documents will you need to enter into a contract?
In general, you will need the following documents to enter into a gas supply contract:
* Copy CI;
* Declaration of own responsibility on the use of natural gas only for the realization of domestic activities;
* Copy of the title deed or other document that proves the right to use the space that is the object of the place of consumption. For consumer protection, irrelevant parts for the supply service can be cut off;
* The written agreement of the legitimate owner for the conclusion of the supply contract, if this mention is not found in the deed of ownership of the space, if the natural person is a tenant / concessionaire or other similar quality and accredits a right to use the temporary place of consumption by act celebrated with the owner;
* Access agreement (if available);
* Documents are sent in copies, signed, according to the original.
