The Government approved, in August 2017, the participation of Mirela Călugăreanu, at that time in the position of President, with the rank of Secretary of State of the National Tax Administration Agency, as a member of the Board of Directors of CEC Bank SA
In May 2019, the General Meeting of Shareholders of CEC Bank SA renewed the mandate of member of the Board of Directors granted to Mirela Călugăreanu, for a period of 4 years.
